"We contacted DVR to conduct a roof inspection on a home we wanted to buy. DVR informed us the tiles were defective (an issue with the manufacturer). DVR informed us we did not need to replace the roof immediately (honest). However, we decided we would. DVR completed the work last week and the tile color is beautiful and the work is exceptional. Mark Wolmuth (Ops Mgr) kept me informed of the schedule and work progress. He communicated with and worked around our neighbor's schedule. Many thanks to Mark and DVR employees."
